Who We Are

Whitefields Harvest Ministry is a Christ-centered evangelical ministry committed to the proclamation of the Gospel, discipleship of believers, and the transformation of lives—especially among youths.


Founded in Sierra Leone, the ministry is led by Rev. Theophilus & Mrs. Alice Baimba, with a burden to see a generation rise that knows Christ, lives for Christ, and carries His message into every sphere of society.

We believe the harvest is plentiful, and God is calling faithful laborers into His fields. Our ministry exists to respond to that call by raising believers who are rooted in Scripture, empowered by the Holy Spirit, and committed to advancing God’s Kingdom.

We intentionally seek out the lost through bold, Spirit-led evangelism. From communities to campuses, we go where people are—sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ and calling hearts to salvation, repentance, and new life in Him.

We walk with new and growing believers, grounding them in God’s Word and nurturing a deep relationship with Christ. Through teaching, mentorship, and prayer, we disciple youths, young adults, and believers into devoted, mature followers of Jesus.

We strengthen believers—especially youths and young adults—to become agents of change. Empowered by truth and love, they are equipped to serve, lead, and impact their communities and nations with the transforming message of Christ.

We teach biblical truth and life-giving principles that shape character, faith, and purpose. Through sound doctrine, training, and practical instruction, we equip youths and believers to grow in wisdom and live out their faith effectively.

We demonstrate the love of Christ through compassion, support, and spiritual care. By standing with individuals and communities in need, we reflect God’s heart—bringing hope, healing, and restoration.
